Activity :

- Position, demonstrate business value, present and implement Service Management solutions
- Deliver technical and functional proposals and architectures. Answer to RFP in collaboration with pre-sales consultants and project managers
- Conduct technical and functional customer meetings
- Define high-level specifications for implementation
- Participate in creation of courseware, web casts. Manage technical training and skills transfers based on Business Services solutions
- Act as lead technical person on projects; provide technical support as needed
- Resolve client technical issues during engagement
- Create and publish demos for Solution Centers
- Mentor Consultants during customer engagements
- Support Project Manager with project planning as needed
- Maintain and expand the customer base (customer follow-up and prospection on existing clients)
- Animate conferences in congress meetings
