Diamond Healthcare System: Blue Cross solution configuration and deployment DIAMOND Enterprise Systems and Business Process I was at their helping to setup the Center of Excellence. Initiated and established CoE with 7-member team. Extensive needs assessment and review for gap analysis on business processes.
Multiple vendor teams of consultants, Anderson, Perot. The system was going to be used for managing the health plan's technology and business process operations.
Requirement review in Folsom satellite office for the technology group on cash disbursements, claims, document services, information technology and membership administration functions. It was expected that Diamond would allow BCBS to streamline their operations. The contract value was more than $250 million.
