I have done a 6 month internship at ALLIED IRISH BANK P.L.C (in the real estate finance department) as a graduate (credit analyst). I was responsible for the cash flow modeling and the structure of the debt facility (amortization, hedging...). I have done market researches, financial analysis (base case, sensitivities) and analysis of the strategy of the investor and track records. I assisted the senior credit analysts until funding (loan documents).
I am currently working for IXIS AEW EUROPE (in the real estate investment department) as a financial analyst; I am doing cash flow modeling, leading the due diligence process, making recommendations (strong points/risks), working with lawyers, notaries, accountants and making the investment report for the committee. I am working on deals all over Europe (mostly on offices and retails)
