PP Enterprise business is about purchasing Real Estate/Lands and develop - remodel, renovate, or expand to customers desire. We have successfully purchased land and resold, purchase a number of houses remodel/renovate and then sold on the open market. The housing market is vibrant at the moment and bar any sudden decline expected to continue on the upward trend for the unforseeable future.

The company is relatively small in comparison to Barrats and all shares owned privately by it's directors. However the management have set in motion targetd plans to expand the business throughout the UK and Europe within 5 years. Our profit margin to be increased sevenfold following on the current upward trend.

It is envisaged/expected that within this time frame our portfolio of properties would have increased signifficantly in Europe. We have plans to enter the holiday let in Florida, North America as tourism from the UK is high each year.
