As Export coordinator, I am responsible for coordinating inspection with exporters and inspection centre, solving exporter's issues with overseas liaison offices, updating exporter database and processing inspection requirements,
checking export documents (L/C, invoice, BL, Airway bill) and shipment method (FCL, LCL)

I worked as Import Assistant for 6 months, in a transport company. My duties consisted in organizing collections and deliveries with partners in France, Italy, Holland.I Took care of Import documentation, I also liaised with strategic clients to solve incidences and process pik up orders.I checked incoming shipment and managed the shipment dispatch, over Spain, with the warehouse and the delegations.

As Export Assistant, in internship, I led an analysis of the competition prices on the Spanish market, I did a research of new customers on the French and Spanish market, with the Chamber of commerce and industry, I ensured a follow up of the sales actions, I dealt with the elaboration of sales documents (quotations, leaflets, website contents)

In my 5 months internship, in Strongline Autoparts, an Automotive Distributor (Dublin), my main duties was leading an enquiry on the customer satisfaction, controlling client’s payment and updating customer database.
