Véronique Elsen

Graduated in 1996. First job part time while still working on a thesis with subject: Television Pub in BELGIUM. (1997)
1998: joined HP as a 'sales coordinator=follow up big deal projects from order management and logistic point of view'
1999: merger with Digital; 2000: team leader in channel sales operations; 2002/2003: merger with HP: responsible for 'keeping the plane flying' and reorganisation of channel backoffice
2007: as OAM, I 'm now responsible to work with 1 of our distributors on all back office related issues and escalations.
This implicates a good knowlegde of all HP systems, procedures, processes as partners need to be trained + relationship management is very important in this job.
