1) Responsible for the project management, development and ongoing maintenance of consumer, Financial Advisers and partner websites. Keeping sites under constant review: ensuring content is up-to-date and complies with Brand and Technical Services. 2) Build strong relationships with external agencies and manage the relationship, ensuring delivery is on strategy, time and budget. 3) Manage channel budgets and monitor the effectiveness (ROI) of individual campaigns. 4) Developing and driving the online proposition, to achieve sales targets. 5) Ensure the customer journey is smooth, effective and informative by following follows usability best practices. Whilst adhering to legal requirements: “EU Directive on Electronic Communications & Privacy Policy”, “DDA”, etc. 6) Liaise with relevant areas of The Children’s Mutual and their partners to ensure their web needs are understood and once agreed delivered to deadlines and budgets managed effectively. 7) Produce cost benefit analysis for individual marketing campaigns; analyse activity and report findings with recommendations to Key Stakeholders. 8) Champion the innovative use of new media across the business making sure that all Key Stakeholders understand its benefits and use it to the full. 9) Provide an annual business plan of updates, developments, and enhancements, and implement these as part of a rolling monthly program. 10) Continual personal development, monitoring and reporting on competitors financial and emotive web-sites; current trends, developments and legislation's in e-commerce arena etc. | |
