Valérie Le Peltier

Valérie Le Peltier is responsible for the Customer Care Product Line inside Products and Solutions. She is responsible for defining the appropriate customer care services accompanying Equant’s customers along their lifecycle with the company, in full line with the services strategy of the company.
Prior to this position, Valérie Le Peltier served as Project Office for the Head of Products at Equant, including performance tracking and program management, beginning in Dec 2000.
Before joining Equant, Valérie Le Peltier was Strategic Director with a ten years experience in a consultancy organisation specialized in the telecommunication industry.
Valérie Le Peltier graduated from the first French Business School (HEC) in 1986.
