Thu Trang Nguyen

I started working in July 2004 in one Petrolium Joint Stock Company (PLC) after my graduation of Bachelor from National Economic of Vietnam.
In 2005 I changed my job to banking employee in Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam at the same time i beginned to joint MBA class in Hanoi.
In 2006 after my first year of MBA class, I went to France to do Master in Finance with scholarship of French Ambassade in Vietnam for one year.
In France, out of studying, i got good experience of organizing by participating in many sponsor activities of Srinivas imports and Exports Company where i met and jointed team work with peoples from Indea, Beladesh,China, France and Russia.
When i finished my study in France in October 2006, I felt happy and came back to my home to continue my job. But living in the developped country in Europe is really different.
The way you think and the way you do work is more professional and more transparent. Althought banking sector in Vietnam is more and more standardized, I still have interest in the effectiveness, strictness and creative working environment in Europe company.
