CSC is a management consulting and systems integration company with presence in 80 countries and 87.000 employees. I joined CSC Peat Marwick in September 2000 as a Consultant and became a Senior Consultant in 2004. I was a member of the CRM practice in the Paris office and gradually built an industry expertise in aerodefense. Projects related to aerospace & defense: • Airbus Industrie: rolled out an e-procurement solution among tier-1 suppliers; conducted program management office and quality insurance activities. • Air France-KLM: set up a centralized back office for coordinating the aircraft's turnaround activities; assessed major operational risks and defined backup modes for thirteen domestic airports. • TUI/Corsair: re-engineered the air purchasing and sales processes; performed gap analysis for a new DCS. Projects unrelated to aerospace & defense: • Société Générale Marocaine de Banque: managed the functional testing of an Oracle CRM solution. • Belron/Carglass: "acting manager" for a large-scale change management project with 10 consultants. • Grévin & Cie: prepared and conducted an IT supplier selection. • Union Financière de France/Aviva: held responsibility for functional domains in a Siebel implementation project. | |
