Thomas LAZARE

Professional of the management of Supply Chain, I’m an engineer in industrial management graduated from Grenoble Polytechnic School with a specialization in logistics.
Since 11 years as a supply chain manager, I’ve got several experiences in car equipments and manufacturing goods sector.

In particular, I acquired a know-how in :
• Logistic reengineering of manufacturing and distribution units (supply, resource planning, picking….) in order to tighten flows and reduce inventories,
• Management of logistics departments with optimization of customer service level, manufacturing tools utilization and inventory level,
• Information systems implementation (SAP & Manugistics),
• Sales & Operation Plans (17 manufacturing plants and 4 sales business units).
• Implementation and management of In-Site logistic centre (Just In Time assembly and synchronised delivery).

I thus acquired team management skills and leaded international project in complex and demanding environment in terms of logistics constraints.

My project is then to build on these different experiences in order to contribute as a manager to a growing company with ambitious projects in Supply chain.
