CGF ChinaHeadlines: www.cgfchinaheadlines.com 2005 (4-month part time job), Beijing (China) While I was studying Chinese at Beijing Languages and Cultures University (BLCU), I also did a 4-month part time job as an editor-translator for the Newsletter of CGF ChinaHeadlines. My task was first to make a selection of Top 10 articles from the Chinese daily press and to choose several significant business events in China (English publications and sometime Chinese articles), then to translate all the texts in French for the bi-monthly newsletter of CGF and for its website edition. | |

2003-2004 (10-month temporary job), Paris (France ) As a call center operator (60 to 90 incoming calls a day), I had to make several bank operations according to customers' instructions, to advise them during the process and to promote basic products as CIC saving accounts, insurances and on-line services. Our call center was also to handle customers inquiries and complaints: for these calls, I summed up and reported each complaint to the consumer affairs division, which had to reach an agreement between customers and bank advisors to avoid account closures or legal conflicts. | |

www.mpg-france.com 2003 (6-month internship), Paris (France) In the sponsorship department of MPG France, which is in charge of commercial time purchasing and media sponsorship consulting, I gathered media information and summarized Secodip (TNS) monthly surveys on French TV sponsorship, providing several materials to advise our clients about their communication campaigns. After the client's briefing, I had to test different media plans and package solutions on TV, radio and press magazine to meet our communication objectives; for each plan I was responsible for the follow-up and the audience measurements, whose results were presented in our final reports to the client. | |
