Lyon Scène Productions is an event production agency. The range of events (corporate, private or public) extends from conferences, conventions, road shows to, product / company launches, gala diners, etc.


My position enabled me to create, design and implement unique events for a wide range of corporate clientele. During that role I managed all aspects of the events from initial client contact, sourcing of supplier costs, structuring of fee proposals, implementation and right through to final execution.


I was also in charge of the management of computers and computer network: 10 computers used for different tasks (office work, graphic design, video broadcast…).


My responsibilities included:

* Project Management of all events from initial contact to completion including: venue sourcing & hiring, decorative effect, entertainment, stage & audiovisual designing, installation & operating, crew management (administrative work and field work), event directing on D-Day.

* Researching destinations & source venues specific to clients needs

* Researching providers, managing & negotiating with suppliers

* Create comprehensive proposal for clients including scenario, technical details & budget

* Presentation of proposals & regularly attend client & supplier meetings

* Develop & manage internal operational procedures

* On-site event management & supervision of staff to ensure the smooth-running of events

* Accounting Procedures (invoicing & monies in & out)

* Building business relationships with Clients, Resellers & Venues

* Research about trends

* Management of the audiovisual equipment: stock management, maintenance, purchasing

Sodexho Alliance is the world leading company for food & management services.


My mission consisted in improving the customer satisfaction & the results of five restaurants in Renault Trucks headquarters site by implementing internal marketing action plan.


My responsibilities included:

* Analysing processes to detect critical point & finding solutions to these critical points

* Leading a big work on the adequacy of the existing equipment in regard of the quality standard expected: analysing, making recommendation, budgeting & presenting result of this enquiry to Sodexho’s Client Renault Trucks

* Participating in the design of a new high-tech restaurant

* Controlling the implementation of new hygiene rules


I also had to manage an event to celebrate the merger between Renault Trucks & Volvo Trucks and present Sweden to the French customers of the restaurant through its culinary tradition. I took part in designing the event (menus, decoration entertainment), I organized sourcing and logistics and I manage the event on D-day.
