As a Production Leader Flow for Heavy Stitching Department, I was in charged of Technical backpack flow of Quechua Range.

My duties include:

- Order management (Quantity, price, delivery date, leadtime…)

- Supplier management (Production capacity, productivity, price, production leadtime, business plan…)

- Pricing (calculating the price for product range: buying price from supplier, cession price to customer, transport cost…)

- Stock management(controlling end product stock level at the suppliers, avoiding overstock of production material)

- Referencing (editing and updating the catalogue of product range)

- Piloting and reporting monthly the business turnover and margin of product range

Audit mission (april 2005)

During 15 days, our team was studying on the optimization of orders preparation at the platform which distributed fresh products (notably vegetables and fruits) for AUCHAN supermarkets.
