General management of the firm's clients services in EMEA namely: * Recruitment, training, development and management of a 9-headcount team across three cities (Amsterdam, London, Paris). * Strategic planning and operations management of 2 main lines of services i.e. research services (SLA-based, rapid analyst relations services) and prepaid consulting services (proactive deployment of prepaid consulting engagements across industries and geographies). * Accountable for consulting revenues accrued though delivery operations conducted within a pool of 450 clients across EMEA. Total revenue numbers multiplied by 2,5 in 3 years, from $2,3m when assuming the role to $5,5m when completing the mission. Note: appointed to the role in Q4 03 when Forrester acquired Giga Group, thereby merging two client bases, services practices/processes and corporate cultures. Essential to success were the ability to manage change, to roll out a new array of services and foster a new client services culture. Forrester's superior standards in servicing clients have been recognized by competitors and industry watchers. | |
