Native from Alsace, east region of France, I want to strenghten my presence in that region now. I'm installed in Strasbourg, married with 2 children.
I did all my career at IBM where I currently manage transition projects of outsourcing contracts for some customers, mainly pharmaceutical ones.
In 2006 I obtained the PMP® certification from the PMI (Project Management Institute) which validates my career as project manager and service manager at IBM.
I am fascinated by genealogy and this brought me to create an association to group all descendants Heitmann of our most distant common ancestor.
I also took voluntary responsibilities within the group Scouts et Guides of France of my district to help in the development of the group.

2005-2006 : Service Manager for several pharmaceutical companies Missions: Financial control and follow-up of the contracts Manage the regulatory framework: o implement and maintain all necessary procedures and controls in order to be compliant with the pharmaceutical industry regulatory constraints, o train the IBM teams to understand and respect these regulatory constraints and to use the specific procedures put in place, o manage and coordinate the IBM teams who are in charge to respond to the customers audits, Manage changes : o classify, organize and schedule all changes asked by the customer on the machines operated by IBM (about 800 servers and 150 LAN devices installed in about 10 different sites), o coordinate 10 different IBM teams organized by technical domain, including an off-shored team, o manage and monitor SLAs and provide reporting to the customer. Missions: Manage the IBM on site support team (8 people) and coordinate several IBM remote teams, Prepare and organize the steering committees, Lead all projects done by IBM for Aventis, Coordinate, under Aventis delegation, the activities of several third party companies, mainly in the WAN area (interconnection with Aventis sites in France and Germany), Work in coordination with several Aventis teams worldwide (France, Germany and USA), Install and operate the security of the information systems. | |
