Thierry De Matteis
Project Manager, Es-Ko
Monrovia
| I started early my professional life in Marseille in the trade of proximity. I then worked 10 years with the FNAC in various towns, as salesman then as department officer; I improved my knowledge as regards accountancy, management, organization and staff management. I exerted commercial responsibilities in various companies in the south of France; I in particular took part in the development of “Cash Converters” during the first three years. I was then manager of PX (duty free supermarket) established by the “Economat de l’armée” for the personnel of NATO in Former-Yugoslavia. After a creation of own company, I found the PX in Sierra-Leone, Liberia and then in RD Congo as Project manager where I opened two PX under contract with the United Nations. So now I'm in haiti after opened one more PX. |
| I like: medieval, ancient and baroque music without forget some of our contemporaries, geopolitics; thinking that it is by this way that the future of our children is. Motorbike and photography, even if I do not practice any more… at the moment. |
