Thibault MARTIN

Working in a multidisciplinary team, my mission is to manage medium sized to complex projects, from Study to Completion phases. I am passionate about Project Management and I consider that each assignment is unique.

Background: I started my career in Recruitment Consulting, working on the IT UK market. Then, I specialised in headhunting talented individuals within the Construction and Property industry from Senior Managers to Board-level Executives mainly in EMEA.

My previous experiences taught me to work well under pressure and to meet tight timescales. I helped organisations to identify, assess and recruit outstanding people through a tailored approach. I have gained precious skills in understanding blue-chip internal structure and customers requirements (goals of the project/recruitment) whatever their industry.
