Siebel CRM project integration
• Canal+ is the first Pay-TV provider in France with more than 11 millions customers. The project strategic objective is to enhance their Distribution channels, to modernize their Call Centre technologies, their Marketing campaigns and their Business Intelligence solution. Atos Origin acted as the technology integrator in the program.
• Participated in the first meetings, initiated the program, divided in 7 projects with Data Center technology refresh (Network, Servers, Storage, Backup), Mainframe to Siebel migration, Call Centre applications deployment.
• Estimated the budget (1M€), man-power (1000 man days), defined the macro-planning, participated in the budget negotiation, defined a virtual team of 6 project managers in several Atos Origin business units.

Design of the SAN, Storage & Backup architectures for 9 sites for 12 000 users.
• The DCN is a major player in the naval defence systems providing to the French Navy and other client forces naval and naval air systems.
