| Thanks to the time I have already spent with in Airbus at their Customer Services divisions in Central Entity and currently as Customer Training Supervisor in Airbus Training Centre, I have developed a good understanding of Airbus products and airlines requirements with regards to the Airbus world. My responsibilities and duties in my current function involves dealing with customer requests and issues often resolved by compromising between internal constraints and the airlines expectations, but resulting in customer satisfaction.
I have 9 years of experience in Management, Sales and Marketing covering a broad base from biotechnology to aviation as well as already working in Airbus Training. |
