1. Management of IT and Business projects for the different AIG Wealth Management UK branches in Europe (Spain, Italy, Germany, Isle of Man and Ireland).

Project management responsibilities on these projects were including the following activities:
Definition of project objectives, benefits, scope, success criteria, constraints, risks and assumptions, creation and maintenance of project plans with accurate estimates and appropriate contingencies, assessment of project progress, management of project resources, issues, changes and risks, management of stakeholders, coordination of project team members, management of deliveries within challenging timescales, project evaluation and closure.

• Launch of a Life Insurance branch in Spain (in progress)
• Setup new products in the Information System for AIG Life Germany.
• Setup new and fixed product features in the Information System for AIG Life Italy.
• Implementation of Electronic administration processes for AIG Life International (Isle of Man).
• Delivery of a web-based quotation system for the Multinational Group Risk business of AIG Life Ireland.
• Support of a development package release for AIG Wealth Management UK.

2. Support of the AIG Wealth Management UK Programme Manager.
• Implementation of a structured project management methodology.
• Recruitment of Project Managers.

Management of various organization and information system projects within the AIG VIE France Organization department.

Project management responsibilities on these projects were including the following activities:
Definition of projects (objectives, benefits, scopes, approaches, deliverables etc), creation and maintenance of project plans with accurate estimates and appropriate contingencies, assessment of progress, management of issues and changes, management of stakeholders, coordination of project team members, management of a third party solution provider, management of quality deliveries within challenging timescales.

• Management of an imaging and workflow deployment project.
• Management of an on-line underwriting process deployment project.
• Various business analysis roles including the definition of a web-based system to formalize and pilot the individual life medical underwriting processes of the Company.
