French and English native, I lived 14 years in Belguim. I've 4 kids (the last 2 are twins). After law studies in Paris. I've joined the OECD IT Department. I worked for 5 years for a dutch leasing & factoring company (De Lage Landen). I was a call centre manager in the IT service industry, before being the IT manager for France for a multinational american company in the food industry.
My top 3 business achievements
Implementation for Europe IT budget (30 millions $) of a new approach of budgeting. This lead to the implementation of a Global Service Catalogue, in this project I was representing Europe and work with my peer from North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific. The goal of this was to offer more consistency, transparency and understanding in IT budget accross the whole organization (definition of IT services, SLA, bill of material, allocations keys).
Management of IT integrations post the aquisition of a new company. Managed this for an aquisition in Switzerland and in France. This was really challenging as more than the IT aspect (ie merging IT systems such as mail, accouting system..), the people aspect of these projects was key. Indeed it's absolutely key in such project to manage a very good relationship based on trust and good collaboration with the IT management and teams of the company that was bought.
Managed the redesing of the IT infrastructure in Ivory Coast. Key project, interesting in multiple aspects such cultural differences, political situation and country infrastructure such as telecom. It was key in this project to have both a good understanding of the business needs and constraints (in this case Cocoa business), but also adapting Corporate standard to the local particularities or difficulties.
I'm now looking for new exiting challenges.
