Stéphanie ROUSSEL

Graduated of the Lille Graduate School of Management (ESC Lille), Stéphanie Roussel has made an international career and assisted large European banks implementing projects related to new technologies.
She project managed the design, the development and the launch of an important internet portal, shared by several banking groups.
Within the framework of a major banking merger, she was in charge the integration of the e-banking portals and of the Customer Relationship Management.
She now works as a freelance Consultant bringing her expertise in the implementation of changes and the management of the customer relationship using electronic banking.
