I graduated from Reims Business School in 1994. Since then, I had the opportunity to work both in the USA, with TIVOLY INC and France (with ITT CANON & HP).
During my first 5 years within HP-TSG, I have participated in logistics related projects, both as business analyst and as project manager. The most complex & challenging ones being the IGSO & 3PL programs, where I could act as an IT project manager for the reverse area, as well as a business analyst for the distribution & reverse logistics domains. As part of this work, while taking a lead role for the logistics areas, I regularly interacted with the other domains of the supply chain, such as planning, procurement, master data, to ensure project coherence.
I then joined PSG-EMEA in july 2004, as a Product Customization Program Manager where i could act as the interface between our customers, our engineering teams and our Contract Manufacturers & ODMs, for the deployment of Customization services. Taking the lead of a deployment initiative, I recently setup a project team, to deploy our Customization Services at COMPAL’s premises. This project was completed successfully, enabling COMPAL to operate the full customization services portfolio on HP notebooks.
I'm currently project manager within IPG division, working on a WW consumer support re-engineering project.
This cross domain experience builds on the work carried out at my previous jobs, within ITT CANON & TIVOLY INC, where I worked on different areas of the supply chain, with management responsibilities. Today, with ten years of experience, I have worked on all aspects of project management: from scope definition to move to production, including support model definition. (I successfully passed my PMP certification in 2006). Being passionate by the learning/ development area, I’m also a temporary teacher on supply chain & project management related topics, in GEM Grenoble, one of the top French business schools and in various universities.
