As Project Finance Manager for International Projects, I manage the structured finance activity on all greenfield projects supervising a pool of Project Finance Managers with a current portfolio of 10 large projects representing 10 billions euros.
As Senior Manager of the Structured Finance Department in with the developers and the legal department, I structure and develop financial and contractual proposals and analyse financial options and strategies. Being the entry point of all financing institutions I select and monitor the financial advisors, I negotiate and structure the lenders’ offers.
