Bacchus is a wine importer & supplier of independant restaurants & bars in London. The business currently have 150 wines in its list and 200 clients mainly in and around the M25.

Reporting to MD:
- I was developing on-trade accounts (Bar, restaurants, clubs).
- Building relationship with decision makers and relevant personel. - Price negociations.
Role inc:
- Wine training to restaurant staff,
- Wine tasting, wine list building int & ext.
- Account trouble-shooting, admin.
