Selling is more and more difficult: The customers are more and more informed and demanding, competition is increasingly hard. In charge of the commercial development of their company, owners and managers must take the best decisions to allocate the right budget and to implement the best tools or operational actions to achieve the revenues objectives. But How to do when there are less and less time to think objectively and when the qualified and immediately operational resources are more and more difficult to recruit? It is to answer this question which I created SDC Conseil. After an operational experience as a marketing manager and an experience of a strategic consultant, I decided to fly of my own wings by selling my competences to companies which want to develop their sales. My project took place in Lille, where I settled with my family, and I have as an ambition to develop a true structured consulting company in strategic marketing and sales development.
