American Express is a world leading Travel & Services company, through an activity of Travel Agency and Card issuer for individuals and corporations.

The Corporate Services business line helps companies maximize control over Travel & Entertainment expenditures, driving significant savings for the business while providing convenience and security to employee travelers around the world.

As a Sales Director for Key Accounts in the Corporate Card business line, I am responsible for managing 4 Account Development Managers and developing a portfolio of 60 large accounts.

My responsibilities include:
- Define sales organization (account managers profiles, portfolios, targets, etc.)
- Recruit, manage and train a sales team
- Develop business with Clients and reach the annual target of additional business
- Provide management with accurate and reliable reporting and forecast

- In charge of Lead Generation: management of 3 people dedicated to market surveys, telemarketing, and update of client and prospect database
- Collaboration with distributors, integrators and outsourcing companies (channel activity)
- Setting up and managing Benelux subsidiary
