	ParkwayHealth has 5 medical clinics in Shanghai and other hospitals all around Asia. I am in charge of medical records, their movement and storage. the process has been optimized since my arrival. I also work in the Quality Departement and collect data about our procedures and complaints to investigate on specific issues, find solutions, write SOPs, train staff amd make sure that everyone is following the new procedure.
