Profil Organisation |
Project Manager Assistant
| |
Since 1992, Profil Organisation has been extending and enriching its horizon towards business travel and events management by organizing several events in France as well as abroad. Its activities consist in conceiving, creating and carrying out events linked to business travel and private events. Profil Organisation's specificity comes from the way it makes a unique creation of each event, with concern for details, in order to get a « hand-made » event. Responsibilities During my training I’ve been assisting the different Project Managers in the elaboration of their events. A part of my function was to be in touch with the several subcontractors (convention centres, hostels, restaurants, animation company, transportation company…) required for these events in order to fix the term of our collaboration and to guaranty their good progression. I was also making bids to host the organisation of several events. It required patience and curiosity, and purpose the finding of the right original proposal. The third part of my work was the reporting of the information. It needed a regular contact between the agency team and the subcontractors but also with the clients, before, during and after the events. In order to be the most efficient it was necessary to do everything in teamwork. Example of achievement My progress in the agency was concretised when I’ve been put in charge of the organisation of a complete event: a seminary during a week-end for forty doctors, with a golf competition organised during the afternoon. For this event, my task was to register the guests in a database, confirm their availability for the week-end, send them their invitation with the programme, book the hostel, organise the golf competition and the after-competition cocktail, manage the budget, and brief the accompanist (“Tour leader”) in charge of the group. My second successful achievement was my participation in organising an event of four hundred people in Barcelona for a very well known pharmaceutics laboratory. Six-months training: from the 1st of April 2006 to the 30th of September 2006

ALS & CACHOU |
Group Manager Assistant
| |
ALS & CACHOU was created 20 years ago by Damien LECHON and Serge SENTENAC. The agency is specialised in the launch and the relaunch of brands. It's now settled in Paris, Toulouse and Bordeaux. The agency has a double expertise: advertising with ALS and direct marketing with CACHOU. ALS & CACHOU is part of the TBWA world group which is known for is specific approach of advertising: the “Disruption” Disruption is the art of asking better questions, challenging conventional wisdom and overturning assumptions and prejudices that get in the way of imagining new possibilities and visionary ideas. Responsibilities My duties as Group Manager Assistant were to follow every step of the elaboration of the different campaigns. I was managing the calendar, which means that I had to assure that every stage of the campaign’s creation was done on time. In this aim, I maintained a regular contact with the several protagonists: client, agency team and subcontractors (photographer, printer). My work as the client’s regular interlocutor was to listen to their needs and try to give them the best answer according to what is accomplishable, to the budget and to what is the best thing for a successful campaign. I followed every stage of the campaign’s conception: client briefing, team briefing (redactor, designer), and briefing to the printer, taking all the decisions considering the allocated budget. Example of achievement I modernised the communication’s materials of a mutual insurance company: new design, new editorial contents, and new format of the communication’s materials. They were done according to the new strategy chosen and the tree target defined: junior workers, families, seniors. Four-months training: from the 1st of May 2005 to the 30th of August 2005

NOMATICA |
Communication Manager Assistant
| |
Nomatica was the European leader of the online distribution of Digital Video Cameras. The group also offers computer products (PC, laptop computers, scanners, printers, softwares, graphic cards and memory cards), telephony products (mobile phones and accessories), electronic products (TV, MP3 players, DVD) and domestic equipments (vacuum cleaners, fans, coffee makers). Nomatica is now part of eXpansys. eXpansys plc is a leading retailer of smart phones and handheld devices with wireless connectivity, serving retail customers through the internet and corporate customers through direct sales channels. Since its incorporation in 1998, the Company has grown both organically and through acquisition to the extent that it has a global infrastructure that shipped nearly 1.5 million products to over 250,000 customers in over 125 different countries in the year to 31 October 2006. Responsibilities I worked in the public relation and press partnerships service. Part of my mission was to write the press releases. According to me it’s a very interesting specific part of communication because, in the meantime, it needs to be regular and always renewed: the subject changes but should always be actual, attractive and original. Then, to optimise the efficiency of the press releases, I assured a monitoring by calling the magazines targeted, and gave the journalists all the additional information they could need to write an article. I also worked on the company’s press pack actualisation. On line, I actualised the press reviews with extracts of the lasts articles published about the company, its actuality and its products. My last mission was to work at the organisation of the participation of the company at an exhibition in Paris: “Apple Expo”. Example of achievement I worked at the redaction of a press release about the Mobile phone SIEMENS M65, and choose a specific thematic for it: “This summer will be under the sign of the SIEMENS M65”. I choose this thematic to express the idea that this mobile phone was an inevitable novelty of summer which, of course, customers could find at Nomatica. Three-months training: from the 1st of June 2004 to the 30th of August 2004
