Approximately 290 staff in the various Functions reporting into various type of organization (local, cluster, European or Global) based in France offices Activities: Assist HR manager for Support Functions ( Finance, IT, CP, Legal, HR, etc. ) in designing, implementing and controlling HR policies required to ensure staff and business satisfaction in compliance with rules and legislation and implement Global HR processes: Support recruitment processes, support to implementation of competence development, staff development, provision of career guidance and counselling to staff, support staff planning, responsible for implementation of key HR processes in sphere of performance management, potential ranking, salary/bonus reviews, etc, advises on job evaluation processes (Hays process) Ensure and help respecting legal framework (labour law, company-wide and collective labour agreements), Advises/coaches line management and staff on Resourcing and development issues | |
