-survey of key performance indicators (KPI) in the mobile network
-try to increase the QoS by analyzing reports and KPI's such as CDR (call drop rate),CSSR(call set up success rate),SD_DROP_RATE (Rate of the drop SDCCH )....

-The actual release in our network is B9 (ALCATEL)
-Survey of the indicators related to GPRS (The establishment of the TBF,the drop,The coding schema used,how to increase the throuphput....)
-Creating new sites and fiding the appropriate frequencies
-Monitoring MAPINFO,ELLIPSE,RNO (Radio Network Optimization)which is a tool provided by ALCATEL
-Taking actions in order to improve the QoS (adding HO,changing frequencies,Changing some parameters related to the cell,decreasing the congestion...)
