and microwave circuits in SOI technology and high temperature environment. I am
currently involved in the design of fully integrated microwave distributed amplifiers
on SOI technology.
Author of over 30 papers in major international conferences and journals (lists

Teaching assistant for the graduate course “RF design” (between 6 and 25 students
