I am a 2006 graduate of ESTACA (www.estaca.fr) France, and have worked the past year for Messier-Bugatti, on the Boeing 787 brake qualification. My career concentration is in aeronautical engineering and I’m currently seeking employment with a company that offers the opportunity to work closely with aircrafts or aircraft equipments. I am willing to work in an intercultural team.

I am a highly motivated and efficient team player, who excels at problem solving.

Test Engineer
Test engineer in charge of the qualification of the 737 NG carbon disk brake:

- Prepare the brake tested in accordance with the tooling and measurements departments.

- Define the test procedure with the study group and the project manager.

- Follow the installation of the equipment on the test bench.

- Perform the test on the tests benchs (Brake dynometers).

- Write the test reports.

2006 - 2007 : Messier-Bugatti

Project manager
In charge of the qualification of the harness, the electric motor and of the actuator of the 787 electric brake:

- Manage the qualification documents:
• Define the tests that need to be performed according to the Messier-Bugatti and to the Boeing specifications.
• Transmit to the supplier the FAA and of the Boeing’s requests.
• Follow the qualification documents’ status to have them approved within the schedule.
• Correct the qualification test plans and reports.

- Schedule the qualification:
• Define with the suppliers the schedule that needs to be followed and verify that the different test labs can match our objectives.
• Coordinate all the peoples needed to start a test (the PQR (Procurement quality Representative), the DAR (Delegated Airworthiness Representative) and the DER (Designated Engineering Representatives)).
• Verify with the DER that the tests are made according to the requirements defined in the Qualification Test Plan.
• Transmit the test improvements to Boeing.

- Prepare the qualification of the next generation of LRUs:
• Define with the suppliers the type of medication that will occur on the equipment.
• Evaluate the impact on the schedule (Significance of the modification, Availability of the equipments, Qualification documents…) and how the qualification will be handled.

- Supervise some of the brake level tests:
• Prepare the test and order to the factory all the parts needed to run the test.
• Schedule the availability of the tools & test bench
• Prepare the test procedure and supervise the test.
• Provide the qualification test reports to Boeing.

2006 : Dassault Aviation

Internship - Hydraulic engineer
Modelling and optimisation of the Joint European UAV NeuroN’s hydraulic system using Amesim simulation software:

- Understand how the different hydraulic components work.
• Study a hydraulic system.
• Find data on the hydraulic components.

- Work on pre-dimensioning using methods used on Dassault’s past programs.

- Define a model using the AMESIM software
• Compare different type of models.
• Compare the most accurate model with the Dassault’s method.

2004 - 2005 : CEV (Flight Test Center of Istres)

Engineer in technological survey
Keeping up with technological innovations at the French Flight Test Centre in Istres:

- Technological survey of the other European flight test lab.
• Find information on their equipments
• Do a database of their flight test benches.

- Follow other civil and military programs (Part/Jar 23 very light jets or Link 16 network system).
• Do a benchmark on these technologies.
• Collect data true the Internet, air shows (Bourget) or other ways (embassy or contact directly).

- In charge of the technical department of technical innovations.

2004 : Snecma Services

Internship in Quality departement
Inventory and setting up of the different quality procedures used to create the repair manuals for Snecma’s military engines at Snecma Services:

- Internship.

- Define and create procedures for the repair of military engines articulated through manuals and verify with operators.

- Knowledge in the process for each of the military engines,M-88, M-53, Atar, Tyne and Larzac and civilians engines,CFM56 or Sam 146.

- Adapt the procedure of military engines to civil engines.
