* Provide proactive, innovative and customer oriented human resources solutions.
* Recruitment and Careers Management, Engineering and coordination in house Training (seminars, e-learning, workshops…), Survey and organisation of promotions (Appraisal system, Career Committee…)
* Create and introduce required HR policies: Recruitment, Training, International & National Mobility
* Advise and support local and domestic Managers and Employees in all HR matters
* Managing termination process of contracts (industrial tribunal, agreements…)
* Leverage internal resources to deliver broad spectrum of solutions and experiences to the firm.
Connectivity
* Lead activities to identify, develop and improve connections between HR and business teams.
Support Activities
* Provide HR leadership to operations and local HR teams in home country and other designated locations.
* Identify and implement strategies to add value and build and improve relations with operations function.
* Forecast people and talent requirements to support the sector business objectives: succession planning, talent management, leadership development, driving engagement and organizational structure.
