I am a self motivated and independent person with high aspirations for the future. I enjoy working and learning, and I am always keen and willing to develop my skills and abilities towards new horizons.
I am very interested in the psychology of human behaviour, in particular abnormal psychology. I am studying Psychology and Philosophy BSc at the University of Liverpool and hope to go on and study at a post graduate level and become an accredited psychologist.
I consider myself easy going and friendly, and I enjoy meeting new people. I have the ability to work both as a committed part of a team and on my own initiative, and consider myself highly adaptable and enthusiastic in a variety of situations.

West Cheshire College is a further education college primarily for 14-19 year olds although it does cater for the more mature students, and it has a broad Adult Community Sector which is run separate to the rest of the college. Courses and classes include yoga, painting, cake making and much more. My role was Clerical Assistant to the Adult Community Learning coordinator for the Ellesmere Port campus. This involved arranging meetings with prospective tutors, sending e-mails and making phone calls, and advising the tutors with problems. I also worked with both potential and existing students to advise them on courses within the community. | |

As a progressive, modern company, Tates takes its corporate responsibility to local and business communities seriously. All aspects of the business are reviewed to operate in an environmentally friendly way ranging from paperless tills in 100% of stores to energy efficient lighting systems. My duties at Tates included opening up and shutting the shop for the night as a key holder, liaising with delivery and control operators, customer advise and service, operating the till, lottery, pay point, in store DVD rental machine and office computer, cashing up tills, safe checking and record balancing, and stock checks. | |

My interests include new technologies, reading and music; I am qualified to grade 7 on the flute. I can also play the guitar, drums, and piano! My favourite author is Arthur C Clarke although I am partial to a good romcom. |
