| Serge has over 23 years of experience, 10 of them in Consulting Information Systems. Serge’s areas of expertise include Supply Chain, Supplier Relationship Management, e-Business Strategy, Purchasing-to-Pay optimization (P2P process), reduce costs.
These six last years, roles include led efforts to build and design eBusiness Offer, sale and delivery the SRM Transformation project to improve purchasing & procurement cost reduction, effectiveness of the organization, redesign process, as well as organization design. Transformational experiences include directing global ERP implementations in the Supply Chain areas utilizing SAP and PeopleSoft.
Serge has conducted transformation projects for many companies across a wide range of industries as a way to identify, plan and implement successful solution with appropriate risk mitigation strategies. Serge’s goal is to help clients increase shareholder value with speed and efficiency by getting closer to their customers, collaborating with suppliers, leveraging emerging trading communities, and making use of information flowing within and across company and geographic boundaries.
