Completed several IT projects for major international companies:
- Upgraded 23,000 workstations for Total E&P (1,100 man-days)
- Rolled out 5,000 new workstations for Euroclear in Belgium, France, and the Netherlands – won the contract after submitting a proposal (900 man-days)

Helped create a Microsoft Business Solutions division:
- Outlined all Axapta and CRM architecture
- Enabled the company to become a Microsoft Gold Partner by obtaining Axapta certification
- Boosted the company’s recognition among Microsoft Business Solutions integrators
- Designed and implemented a Microsoft CRM system for the Belgian post office

Program Manager and IT Consultant
Advised companies on systems and networks, electronic document archiving, becoming a Sage software certified reseller, etc.

 Hired by IBM and Avanade to lead a nation-wide rollout of servers (180 for RTE and 800 for EDF) and workstations (6,000 for RTE and 40,000 for EDF)
 Migrated a global infrastructure for Total (250 servers and 15,000 clients)

- Started the business in 1994, turned profitable in just two years, and generated €500k revenues by 2000

- Was consistently re-appointed as manager for six years, due to solid financial performance
