I am currently looking for a scientist position in the food or flavor industry with an emphasis on flavor system developments and analysis.
I am finishing my doctorate degree in Food science- flavor chemistry and technology under the supervision of Dr. Reineccius.
My background is in Food Engineering and Nutrition.


My expertises in flavor research comprise:
flavor extraction, flavor identification
flavor creation and duplication
flavor encapsulation
flavor release

my technical skills are mostly on GC -FID, -MS, -TCD, as well as PTR -MS (release, similar to APCI-MS), headspace sampling, liquid and SPME extractions, purge and trap, manual or automated injections.
