Having an established experience in an international environment, I have acquired sound expertise in guiding companies through their international development, realise market studies for their products and services, support them in their export/ set up process.
During my several year presence in Romania, I have got excellent knowledge of the Romanian market and business practices, getting familiar with its potential and dynamics.
Holding a position at the French trade mission requires strong negotiations skills while in direct contact with all the partners involved in an economic transaction (private sector, regulatory institutions, professional associations, lobby groups).
I have also coordinated the implementation of the ISO 9001 quality system reinforcing traceability and improvement of working procedures, thus performances, within a team of 10 to 15.
