02/2005 – 02/2006 Head of Cost Controlling and Accounts Payable
- Management and restructuring of 2 teams (7 headcounts). Saved -3 person headcount
- Improvement of the production process : - 25% of the number of invoices & -30% of the cost centers
- Implementation of a Global Cost review for Paris, and creation of a monthly cost forecast which enabled Business managers to increase the cost basis reduction. Costs were cut off by 10Mio€ in 2005 (-15%).
- Update of the cost allocation keys and review of the Fixed Assets basis

01/2003 – 02/2005 Business Area Controller Equities and Corporate Finance
- Training and management of one person on the Equities activity
- Reporting processes automation. Saved -1 person headcount
- Implementation of a monthly cost review. YTD costs decreased by 10%
- I worked on the Budget process for the 2 businesses
- I took part in the project of consolidating Euronext markets under a single Trading Membership. 2Mio€ YTD savings on transaction costs and merger of the Trading desks in one location only
- I was involved in the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) policy for the 2 businesses

- Calculation, analysis and reporting of the daily P&L, and checking of the trading positions
- Creation of a monthly Management Report for the Equities Business Heads
- Implementation of the Equities daily key controls
- Organization of the MRP process for Equities - monthly accounts substantiation in order to identify any possible risk
- I worked on the Back-Office outsourcing project. Savings : 1Mio€ YTD
