O2 SERVICES CZECH REPUBLIC / SOLUZIONA CZECH REPUBLIC I helped my client to build his commercial offer for the biggest public tender ever seen in the Czech Republic (more than 7.000.000 EUR, 3 years). It involved competition with the main IT consulting firms (Accenture, IBM, Oracle, Logica, IDSsheer), deep knowledge of local commercial processes and regular contact with SAP Czech Rep. GAZ DE FRANCE / FRENCH GAS As a SAP expert and Deputy Project Manager, I was involved in the implementation of investment and asset accounting module (900.000 assets). It included budget and planning preparation, as well as active participation to recruitment processes. AIR FRANCE I joined a BT/Syntegra consultant team as part of a global project for the implementation of investment and asset accounting modules (CO + FI-AA) for the ground assets of the whole Air France group (300 000 assets, more than 60 companies worldwide). | |

ADP / PARIS AIRPORT AUTHORITY I was responsible for the outsourced maintenance of financial (FI) and controlling (CO) modules. It involved management of the commercial relationship with the client, management of a team of 5 junior consultants, and the preparation of the periodic reporting. In the same time, I took part in a major implementation of investment (IM/PS) and asset accounting (FI-AA) modules of SAP led by another big consulting firm. I managed the control of the project planning and the integration of the existing solution. SAGEM I took part in the dividing of the whole SAGEM R/3 system into 4 subsidiaries. I was responsible for splitting and clearing subledger accounts (AP, AR + assets). I also experienced a very short-term deployment of the SAP module for fixed asset management (FI-AA) in the Tunisian industrial plant of SAGEM (data transfer + customisation). THE POST BANK - Investment banking Our team was in charge of the implementation of Hyperion software. I was specifically responsible for the quality of incoming data – especially bank accounting from Kondor Trade Processing (KTP) software, and portfolio analysis from Sungard Panorama and QRM. Johnson Controls Automotive Electronics Another implementation of a SAP FI-AA (asset accounting) solution. Banque Générale du Luxembourg (FORTIS group) I undertook a business audit of the Banks Datawarehouse system to reconcile discrepancies between the Bank’s DWH results and the results from the accountants. I identified where the discrepancies were, recommended how to fix them, and produced a strategy of how to integrate the DWH with the Banks risk and reporting systems. BNP Private Equity I acted as the lead consultant on a project to design and implement a web based management system for private equity managers. CARREFOUR GROUP I worked as part of a large consulting team to roll-out a SAP solution for 500 Carrefour Supermarkets. I specialised in bank accounting, cash management and the general ledger. After that first project I was responsible for the maintenance of the whole banking system and managed 2 other consultants. From Oct. 2002, I managed the project of roll-out of the supermarkets’ electronic payments to the internal bank of Carrefour group, S2P. | |

Cheque-Dejeuner is Europe’s second largest luncheon voucher firm. In my role as Deputy Finance Manager I was in charge of the accounting function for the entire Country. I gained management experience having responsibility for a team of 6 Czech accountants. As well as day to day operations I also undertook an audit of the accounting function and transformed the entire process using AS/400. The result of this was that the Annual Accounts of the Prague office of Cheque Dejeuner received approval from the Auditor for the first time in its history. | |
