We provide a web-based solution for telecommunication companies to interface their customer sites (self-service) to the back end products, such as billing and network interface. My Position as Solution Architect is to assist the implementation designs to ensure that the product is being used in the most efficient and sustainable manner. I have also previously worked in positions of development and project management in the Professional Services group of the now Self-Service division of Comverse. I have worked internationally on large projects including the online stores of Vodafone UK, Orange UK, Telstra's self-service sites and in smaller projects throughout europe and in the Carribean. | |
