As a Sales coordinator, my mission is:
- The handling of requests from our clients. I oversee the the Sales process in order to assist my team to enter into contracts with their clients and the hotels
- Be a key user for ASA, our client data base and management tool.I ensure that the Sales staff enter proper the information
- Create a Newsletter: To provide information to our clients on a quaterly basis
- Sales events: Assist the teamp in organizing the logistics, commercial presentations....

- Arranging desert Sahara and Middle East) and Africa tours: definition of dates/seasons, selection of air companies, selection of local routes and travel, definition of pricing and profit margins
- Analyse of customer feed-backs
