After finished my MBA at Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees (Paris, France) and Temple University (Philadelphia, PA, USA), I joined BTI Group as an M&A associate, helping privately held companies selling to strategic buyers and private equity groups.
I work closely with companies in the media and entertainment space, trying to create consolidations of different kind of firms in this area, in order to create synergies of this new and highly fragmented industry.
Prior to joining BTI Group, I worked in merger and acquisition consulting for both public and private companies in France for various industries. I also have experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions focusing in the U.S, Europe, China and Japan.
I am a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Level II candidate. Also, stayed 3 years in France and 2 years in the US, I am fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese and French.
