I have worked out and managed many turn key projects in Jordan Cement successfully. We used to make feasibility study for a project, and start preparation the Call For Tender document according to Lafarge Standard Specification, evalute the offers, negotiate with contractors to get the best technical and financial offers and making the contracts with the winners. Then we follow the implementation of the project till commissioning and handing over to the plant. The Budget and schedule of the project were fully controlled in order to get the best results. | |
