Roles and responsabilities include:
Launch of the concept in Belgium (election of the most innovative FMCG in Belgium and in the Netherlands).
Organising strategic planning (Benelux market analysis).
Customer relations management: day-to-day relation with multinationals of the FMCG industry (P&G, Unilever,
L'Oréal, Beiersdorf, Henkel, etc.) and sales negotiation with them.
Selling role: from prospect to final clients (sales): 540 K€ with 86% year-over-year growth rate.
PR and communication to increase brand awareness (B2B and B2C) & Sponsoring .
Team management (10 young graduates to manage as a team to work on both countries).
