Since March-05 working in Investment Banking, covering the Media sector at HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. in New York.

Previously supported the Corporate Banking Media team in the drive to secure new business providing advisory and execution on a broad range of financial products and services, including: investment banking (M&A, Debt Ratings Advisory, etc), capital markets (Debt, Equity, Converts, Derivatives, FX) and corporate banking (RCFs, Cash Management, Treasury, etc).

Prior to this, worked in Debt Finance & Advisory (New York), responsible for helping Investment Grade North American Corporations evaluate funding opportunities globally and participated as well in the advisory and execution on numerous M&A deal origination activities for some of the largest Telecoms companies in Europe (London).

In 2003, awarded a Master’s Degree in Management, Major Finance from the ESCP Business School (Paris Graduate School of Management, ranked top 3 business schools in France).
