I am currently a post-graduate student doing a MSc in International Business Negotiation at ESC-Rennes School of International Business in France.
As an administration officer in a Japanese bank, I had developed the ability to work under time pressure and extreme discipline. Daily supervising and safe keep of documents and up-dating of intranet data and internal documentation records make me match with your require of ensuring the accuracy of all documents and orders; whilst working in the Marketing and Sales department, I closely communicated with sellers and purchasers of the company to make sure the accuracy of the order and deliver date and place, thus to ensure the satisfaction from the customers and company reputation.
In addition, studying in France has provided me with international experience. Through the integration with foreign students and comprehension of specified courses, I have developed strong inter-cultural communication skills. Active listening had played an important role in team-works in school; however, its importance will continue affect the entire operating process in the work place. Typical analysis tools, such as SWOT, PEST, and Porter’s Five Forces, has broadened my understanding of business, of the profitability of a market and the efficiency of a company’s strategy.
I am interested in Marketing and Purchasing, especially purchasing because I have never exposed in this area and I had learned the function of purchasers in the class. Hence, I am keen on put what I had learned in to practice.
