The company main business in Sri-Lanka is garment manufacturing and exporting to USA, Canada Japan, Europe and others with sells of 100,000,000 USD annually.
I re-arranged the entire production operation in Sri-Lanka, set a proper structured work-force, changed production methods, prepare the group factories towards ISO 9000 level and liaised with our buying offices in Hong Kong and Sri Lanka.
I gained a lot of experience working with buying offices, merchandiser's activities, out-sourcing, stores, cutting department, sewing – production floor, QC procedures etc…
Lately, I act as Internal Auditor on behalf of the share-holders.
My contract is expired end of January-2007 and I decided not to extend it and to return to Israel.

General
I am a third generation to a textile industrial family carried with me more than 35 years of experience including international experience. During all those years, I enhanced my textile knowledge by having professional courses in Italy - Poulo Orizio, Brescia ) , Spain ( Jumberca - Badalona), France ( Lebocey, Lion ), England ( Monarch and Camber in Leicester ) and U.S.A ( Tompkins - Syracuse ) and visited international exhibitions like ITMA constantly.

On a personal basis, I gave lectures in Israel on textile subjects to Department Chain Stores and big retail companies in Israel like Mashbir Ofna, Mashbir Lazarchan, Renuar, Castro, Crazy-Line and others.

In addition as a Consultant to the Israeli Ministry of Industries, I was commissioned as consultant to Textile Factories and fashion firms as Brom Weaving, Dyeing and Finishing Mills, Barkan Dye House, Laundromat, Shilav, Spandex Israel.
